Or schedule a "tour." It includes a how-to-shuck-an-oyster tutorial, a dozen oysters and reserves a table(the real hard to get)!

Just after the Gold Rush, Calistoga became the "Saratoga of the West" and has been a health destination ever since.
A beautiful 1 hour from Nine Trees, taking a mud bath is a great way to start or end your day of wine tasting.
I've visited Dr. Wilkenson's, the newly renovated "grand-daddy" of resorts. The staff and facilities are courteous and fresh! You can also use any of the three pools: a heated mineral spring pool, a heated saltwater pool and a cool saltwater pool!

If you are travelling through Sebastopol, I highly recommend putting "Florence Ave, Sebastopol, CA" in your GPS.
