Float down the Penticton river in a tube that you can rent. Drive to Penticton (approx 1 hr) and rent a tube to float down the river. There is a shuttle at the end that brings you back to your car. Bring your own drinks and snacks. A super fun and unique way to spend a day in the Okanagan.

Largest and closest hiking network to Downtown Kelowna. With trails for every type of hiker. If you have little kids you can drive most of the way up and still enjoy the views, then I recommend Paul's tomb hike which is not very steep and runs along the water side of the mountain

If you are here during ski season then you must be coming for Big White. It is an incredible mountain to ski, only about 45 minutes from Kelowna. There are many many fresh powder days to enjoy every season.

Try out this Watersport that looks very difficult but is actually quite easy and approachable for all. Even my 70 yr old mother tried this out. If you are feeling adventurous then give this a try. You can book a lesson from he downtown marina
