For years, the owners of @the.samurai.kitchen focused on
sustainable seafood. Very recently, a week and a half ago (6/27/2022)
to be exact, they upped the ante on sustainability, shifting
to reflect their love of animals ad by reimagining their
menu in its entirety. They dish up gorgeous and insanely
delicious sushi with an entirely vegan menu. We repeat,
EVERYTHING is vegan. From the salmon to the scallops to
the shrimp.
Nemo and friends are safe here!
