Great beaches and bike paths. There is a bike rental place called Anderson Bike right before Camp Richardson. Pay to park or walk down to the lake. There is a ice cream shop and restaurant as well as kayak and paddle board rentals.

A must see during your stay! There are a few parking lots so you can get out and walk around. You can also walk down to the bay from here. it's a really steep walk back up. Several hikes from this area as well as rock climbing walls.

A beautiful way to spend the day! One of my favorite views on the lake. Arrive early tho because parking fills up fast. No food options here so pack a lunch, drinks and every thing you will need for a day in the sun.

We live on the edge of Washoe Meadows State park. Take a stroll from thr front door right into the meadow for great trail hiking and biking.
