The entrance on Stevens Gap Road to Beavers Bend State Park is only minutes from the Red Bird.
You will pass Chiggers bar. Chiggers often has live music on the weekends, and cornhole on the patio.
On this road you will find trails, swimming holes, a boat ramp, and marina. As well as restrooms and an opportunity to change clothes. There are picnic tables avaiable to use as well! So take a hike, and take a dip! The lake is so beautiful!

This is my favorite little shop in town! I dont know if its the cute bus on the front or the name??! The store has lots of vaction goodies (and things you may have forgotten i.e. hats, picnic supplies, etc.) and souvenirs! This is a must stop!

Buffalo Grill- a bar and grill with a large outdoor patio area as well as indoor seating! Offers an excellent bloody mary cocktail- the brisket nachos (are large enough to share!) are also out of this world! This is everything from BBQ to southern (they have an amazing fried green tomato/fried baloney sandwhich ((don't knock it 'till you try it!)) This is a laid back spot perfect for brunch!
