This is a gorgeous place with a fun and walk/hike. We brought our then 5 and 10 year old girls and they could handle it but a bit tired by the end of it. Make sure you go out on the large rocks in the sea!

This is a lovely small lake. It has a dock so easy to jump off in to deep end of the lake.
It’s has a small sandy beach. Grill to use if you like to stay for a while.
The lake is located in a nature reserve with a wonderful walk path around the lake in the nature of heathland!

About 20 minutes forest scenic drive from our cottage you will find a lovely cafe/restaurant that is well worth a visit! It's a Danish coupe who runs it. They serve delicious Smorre Brod, using local ingredients from there garden and surroundings. It's great for kids, big lawn, swing and a small walk in the forest. Check out their website for the live music schedule. Next to the café is a lovely tea shop.
