As said by the owner, this is “the beating heart of the most raw and elemental motorcycles” — and pretty good coffee as well if I say so myself! On a good day you can see rough and tough biker gangs stop by for their morning cup of joe.

Located on the other side of St. John's downtown, the Sparrow Bakery PDX offers freshly made pastries, bread, coffee, and other goodies. If you have 20 minutes (10 min there and 10 min back) it is well worth the walk.
