Mingalar Market is a local market. The main building has 4 stories of clothes, toys, fabrics, umbrellas, shoes and anything else you can find in other Yangon markets. But the nicer market, perhaps, is the hidden underground area of a smaller building (on your right when you enter the market complex), which sells house-hold goods and has a nice local food-court, in a much less sweaty atmosphere (being underground helps!).
