When you arrive at Caticlan airport
If you book for transfer service, please go to the booth area for transfer services so they can assist you. This is located near the exit area after you claim you luggage. You can also book walk in at these transfer services. If you are travelling on your own, get a tricycle stub at the exit you will be directed at the tricycle area outside the airport . Its a short walk across the street. Tricycle fee is Php100 good for 2 pax. Van service is also available.

At Caticlan Jetty Port
At Caticlan Jettyport, please follow the entrance for “Tourist” you will see windows below, please line up accordingly for A) Verification. B) Terminal Fee Php150 C) Environmental Fee ( foreign National Php300, Local Tourist Php150, Senior Citizen/Students/PWDs Php120 D) Boat Fare Php50 . Present all tickets to the guard, walk through the boat area follow “Tourist “ sign then show your boat ticket. You will be given seat number for the boat that shows Boat Name and seat number. Please have one person handle your documents and lining up. Have patience as well.

Travel Requirements to Boracay Island
As of November 2023, hotel bookings are not required to enter the island. the following must be presented upon entry at the Caticlan and/or Tabon Port for verification: Filled out Tourist Arrival Form (form issued at the port) , Valid IDS/Birth Certificate for Infants & Passport for Foreign Tourists
