During summer, if you feel like swimming, head to the artificial lake of the Forêt d'Orient. It's usually quite crowded during summer. The lake is a half hour drive from the apartment.

If you feel like swimming during summer, head to the Dienville beach. It's a bit further than the Forêt d'Orient lake, but we like this place more. You have more space to walk and practise sports.

If you're staying in the city for a week or more, you can go to Nigloland. It's a regional amusement park. You get good fun for just about 40€/adult.
