If the weather is fine, one of my favourite things to do in the city is getting on a boat and sailing on the Danube.
A cool thing is that if you purchase a 24+ hour travelcard for public transport you can also use that to get on boats and sail as long as you want.
You can get on a boat if you go to Batthyány Square, then once you’re there walk down to the Danube and look for the boat stop.
