Island Time
"Island Time" is very much a real thing when it comes to dining in Tortola. The service can be extremely slow especially if you are accustomed to restaurants in the US. If you are looking to speed up the meal, I would be prepared to order your appetizers/entrees with your drinks. Be patient and remember you are on vacation in one of the most beautiful places on earth
