Definitely my favorite restaurant in Palermo Hollywood, it has a great menu, excellent wines and two unmissable drinks, the Shelby and the Ginger Martini.

I adopted this bar, inspired by Jules Verne and his books, because it is off the beaten track in Palermo and because it opens on Mondays and closes late (I know I sound like an alcoholic, haha). Excellent drinks, and a great atmosphere.
