Sightseeing

In Rabat there are many places to visit. For me, my favorite place is Oudaya City. It’s an old castle built by the El Morabit dynasty. It was built to protect the kingdom from its enemies. Oudaya is located between Sia and the Bou Rakrak river. It has old houses painted in blue, with a beautiful garden where we can take a mint tea in a famous café. If you like to visit art galleries, I advise you to visit the Oudaya art exhibition to see magnificent paintings. To sum up, Oudaya is a famous historic area to visit in Rabat.

The tower is part of a visit to a beautiful mausoleum and ruins. This tower is a minaret and is very unusual. There is also a great view of the Atlantic ocean from the site. If you are on a tour you are sure to stop here for a visit.
