Please remember that La Pine is in the high desert and we can get significant snow in the winter. You will likely drive through a snow zone depending on where you are coming from -- please check for traction and chain requirements for coming over the mountain passes.
The house is about 1 mile down an unpaved road. That road (Sunrise Blvd) is maintained by the county, but we can not guarantee the timing of the snow maintenance. Also, we will do our best to plow the driveway, if needed. Feel free to ask for more specifics on this if needed,
