In summertime, Integrity foods hosts weekend pizza nights at their farm, about 20 minutes North on highway 9. Pizza's are cooked to order in the outdoor wood fire stove. Fresh produce pizza toppings are taken from their beautiful garden. Picnic blankets are provided, and there are farm animals for kids and grown ups to enjoy. Integrity foods also offers a wealth of homemade baking that can be both on site.

Sightseeing

If you get tired of having your own beautiful sandy beach at the inspiration station(ha!) and are looking for a more trafficked area that is also good for fishing, head to Sandy Bar Beach in Riverton. You will likely meet up with likeminded fishermen and enjoy the long open beaches and lovely sand. Located 10 minutes north just East of the town of Riverton

Gimli is a fun little tourist town 20 minutes south of our cottage. It was originally founded largely Icelandic settlers and still boasts the August long weekend Icelandic festival. Gimli offers quaint shopping, fish shacks and pizza parlours, great coffee shops and a beautiful harbour. It's a great place to wander, relax, fish, sail or swim.
