In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful scenes on the entire east coast! 360 views of the ocean, bay, inlet with boats, fisherman, surfers, dolphins, pelicans, and beyond!

Delaware Seashore State Park

In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful scenes on the entire east coast! 360 views of the ocean, bay, inlet with boats, fisherman, surfers, dolphins, pelicans, and beyond!
The "Burroughs"
Pronounced Loo-iss: locals get a real kick out of vacationers saying “Lose” just a heads up! Anywho, Lewes Beach is about 3 miles east of where you currently are. Lewes is a very cute and quaint little town with a ton of history. We love going to Lewes for delicious dining, yummy cocktails, and shopping in small Mom & Pop boutiques along the main strip.

We love to go grab an ice cream cone at Kohler’s or treat ourselves to some Thrasher’s famous french fries, sit on the boardwalk and people watch. We also love to embrace our inner kid and go play some arcade games at FunLand.

We are major foodies, and the food scene down here is unbelievable. There are so many options it is super hard to choose. We love going on “appetizer crawls” so we can try a bunch of different things!
Authentic mexican. Hot Mexican Rockets, the Street Corn, and the Blue Cheese + Filet Quesadilla are must-trys. Not to mention they have fresh squeezed margaritas, the Ancho Chile margarita is to die for.
