Day Trip Excursion
Sometimes called the ‘Fourth Virgin,’ Water Island floats spitting distance from Charlotte Amalie. But with only about 200 residents and very few cars or shops, it feels far more remote. Honeymoon Beach offers fine swimming and snorkeling – it’s a 10-minute walk from the ferry dock. A couple of food stands sell drinks, sandwiches and fish tacos. Get here via the ferry that departs roughly every hour from outside Tickle’s Dockside Pub at Crown Bay Marina.

ONE OF THE HIGHEST-RATED, MOST beloved restaurants in the U.S. Virgin Islands has no official address and is best accessed by chartered boat, dinghy, or swimming. The floating pizzeria, called Pizza Pi, is the Caribbean’s only “food truck boat,” specially fitted with a commercial kitchen that cranks out New York–style pizzas. The restaurant takes orders by boat radio, phone, or email, but collecting your pie is a little harder, as the restaurant anchors in Christmas Cove, located off the east end of St. Thomas.
The restaurant also offers delivery with their dinghy, which doubles as a small dining area when the occasional swimmer arrives.

#2 Jeep & Beach - St John
We pick you up at your hotel, villa or Airbrb at 8am, we return about 5ish. This includes the ferry fees. This is a National Park your, with snorkeling & paddle boarding with all the turtles at Maho & customized to what you like to do. We tend to avoid the large crowds & tourist traps on this excursion
#3 Jeep & Reef - St Thomas
Picking up at 8am and returning about 4pm This spending the first half of the day, from 9-1pm, riding on the Reef snorkeling boat, courtesy of Ocean Surfari. Multiple stops, all gear included & open bar. Then we spend the afternoon in the Jeep, stopping for lunch, beach Hoppin & fun & sun!!
#4 Surf & Turf
Here we pick you up usually at 9am, it can be earlier if you like, and then bring you back about 4pm. We start in the Jeep, doing our shopping & beach stops and then boarding our powerboat about noon. Most people like to go out to Pizza Pi VI for lunch & we do more snorkeling at different beaches. This is a brand new boat for us, a 32’ with twin 300s!! Maximum capacity is 6 people for this excursion. This tour also includes the boat fuel & captains fee

Chemical sunscreen contains a chemical called oxybenzone that absorbs UV. When that chemical gets in the water, it causes the coral to bleach at a lower water temperature, which means it bleaches quicker and easier. It reduces the growth rate and reproductive capacity. Oxybenzone can also damage the DNA of coral.
Look for mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.
