A must see in the city. Especially in the summer. It is the old airport that closed about 20 years ago and where the Berlin Airlift took place in 1948-49 as the Soviet Union blocked all supply from West Germany to West Berlin, which was isolated in Eastern Germany.

Very interesting museum for someone who likes history - it explains the history of the Jewish community in Germany from a much wider point of view than the Second World War, which is a rather recent event.
