Great place to try mezes, borek (filo-type pastry filled with different fillings), çorba (soup - try the lentil çorba) or any of their grills. Small, friendly place with indoor and outdoor tables - set in a genuine family cave. Highly recommend to stop in here at the end of your hike through Pigeon Valley (from Uchisar back to Goreme).

A cozy restaurant with top quality food, in a genuine cave. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! It's my go-to restaurant when I have family and friends visiting me. The best meze platters in town and the slow-raosted lamb is not to be missed.

Zelve is a wonderful, less-crowded alternative to the Goreme Open Air Museum. An abandoned cave village, it was once the larges community in the area. Spend an easy 2 hours here exploring in peace.

Getting to Adelya Cave Hotel
Nevşehir Airport is 45 mins away, and Kayseri Airport is 60 minutes away. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged (24 hours a day) - just let us know your flight details. You will be dropped off and picked up at Adelya Cave Hotel (190m away) – more details will be provided when you confirm your reservation.
The Goreme bus-station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Local buses run from the bus station half-hourly and hourly to nearby towns such as Çavuşin, Avanos, Uçhişar, Urgup and Ortahisar. Buses accept cash, or you can purchase a bus card at the Goreme bus station.
