The city does not allow street parking in the winter, so that the snowplows can do their job.
Remember to always carry the right size chains for your car in the winter.

Buy your lift tickets to Snow Summit / Bear Mountain well in advance as they have been selling out early. You may purchase lift tickets online or over the phone.
Only patrons with a valid lift ticket may enter the ski resort area which includes dining, lounge, and restrooms.
