Just follow the sidewalk on Park Street past the school, and find the visitor center on the northeast corner of Daisy Bates Drive and Park Street. Inside the center, you will find a small museum that describes the desegregation of Central High School in 1957, an international story that still resonates today. If you are here on a weekday, then consider taking a tour of the school with a park ranger. Regular tours are free and begin at 10am and 1pm, but please call (501) 374-1957 to confirm.
