Our beach steps from the apartment. The beach gets combed & cleaned every morning. There are sun loungers with cushions & shade to rent 2 for 15€ for the day & 10€ for 1/2 day. Very calm surf most of the year & easy to get in & swim. Decent waves to surf in the Winter. Lifeguard is on duty from May to October. You can wash your feet & gear for free right next to O Farol restaurant.

Absolutely breathtaking cave. You can park @ the top & walk down to take a boat in. It’s magnificent

Amazing beach - very small road to get to paradise. Take a left on R. Dos Mareantes and take to the end and park. If you get there early you can see where the boulders are at low tide swim with the fishes and then stay for high tide to see how amazing it becomes.

Lots of steps down to a beautiful beach with a small cafe to stay all day. When the tide is out you can walk in and out of caves and secret spots, when the tide is in very little beach is left.

Amazing beach to surf. Wonderful Long Beach for walking. At the top of the beach is a great food truck with delicious hamburgers, fries & beer - and other yummy treats too. There is a bathroom at the top & lots of parking. Great open bar & surfboard rentals as you walk down on the right.
You could camp on the beach if your indiscreet.

Small amazing beach! The rocks are fantastic pieces of art. Gets very busy in season so go early. When the tide is in there is no beach. The restaurant on the beach is top notch.

Take a trip to Alte to swim & bask in the gorgeous waterfall. By July it’s too late & not flowing as much. There’s a place for a picnic & some games. Or go for a meal in town & say hi to Balthazar the donkey.

Fantastic cliff walk to see various beaches. If you go @ low tide you can make it to Olhos de Agua. Walk to the end of the beach & take the steps up Stay to the right as you get to the wooden fence.
