Don't miss Sparrow Bakery's Ocean roll. It's a Bend essential. (The Almond Croissant is a must-have too). There are two Sparrow locations but in the summertime, the one on Scott street has the most charm by far.

Backporch was started by a good friend of ours about 15 years ago and the Greenwood location is within walking distance of the Villa. We go multiple times a week for the lavender or cardamom latte!

This is Historic downtown Bend. Great shopping and eating on both Wall and Bond streets. Don't miss Drake park and the Mirror Pond views. Walk through the historic neighborhoods and if you make it all the way to the other end of Drake park you've hit even more eating and shopping!
