Just two doors down (west, or to the left on the Esplanade), is the best steak and sea food bistro that we've experienced. A delicious menu and world class chef, coupled with a great wine list and outstanding service, the Banksia is a must. Pre-diner drinks and bookings required ;)

Located at the Shelly Bay apartments and a short two minute drive to the east (or turn right on the Esplanade).We absolutely love curry and we've found the perfect Indian restaurant, right here in Hervey Bay. In fact, the chef used to own a restaurant in our home town of Christchurch which was a favourite of ours back then, more than 15 years ago! Mention that you are staying at the Riviera :)
