Corfu Town is a medieval historic city build mostly during the Venetian era. It is a UNESCO world heritage sight and worth a visit! It is reminiscent of Venice, but instead of canals it has narrow cobbled streets, known as kandounia. The people are friendly and welcoming. The favourite pastime is drinking coffee al fresco at one of the local cafes in the town piazzas and gossiping! Local delicacies include koum-kouat, nouboulo, olive oil, yellow cheese, mandolato.

Make sure to climb to the summit, the view will compensate your effort!
