It serves creative Mexican food by the family recipes and is different, run by a woman. I also think the proverbial margaritas are tastier there..... Plus it is right next door - you can walk there from my home. The only thing that has changed since I discovered this place on arrival to Tulum 7 years ago is there's more traffic nearby - it is situated next to the road to town.

Exquisite seafood, fresh and local. Lovely service. Great for Sunday brunch as well.
