The first ever was ZCMI, which stood for Zion's Cooperative Mercantile Institution. The first one was created in Salt Lake City, and I believe this was the second one. It has been through a few renovations since the pioneer days, and is undergoing one now. A great place to shop, great indoor play areas for the kids (especially during winter months), and a comprehensive food court. It is surrounded by your favorite restaurants.
