Do you like to leisurely hike or go extreme? Our forests have all levels for hikers. The Pacific Crest trail goes right through the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie Forest too! Makes sure to stop by the Ranger station for a parking pass and hiking info. It is located on the right side of the HWY, just as you are coming up and cross the bridge leaving Glacier. There are even guided hikes available. The options are up to you on how you would like to tour the mountains.

We hold the World record snowfall of 1100" in ONE season, at the Mt. Baker Ski Area! You will want to hit the slopes or play in the snow when visiting our Tree Fort in the winter! Snowline is the closest community to Mt. Baker and only a short 25 minutes to the first chair lift.
Note: snow-shoeing is also a hidden gem not to be overlooked!!!
