Sightseeing

Check out this grand depot a Boise Icon since 1925 and was in use when Amtrak ran its route through Boise. Amtrak ceased its operations in 1997. Today, one can stroll inside the grand hall and enjoy the outdoor garden complete with pathways, Koi ponds, and a gazebo.

This lovely older park contains the Boise Zoo, the museum (currently closed for remodeling), tennis courts, a boat rental facility, a concert band shell, and the wonderful Greenbelt system along the Boise River passes through Julia Davis Park.
