A 30-45 minute walk - or take the bus - gets you to the heart of Shoreditch. The streets are heaving there every evening, if you like that vibe!

Sights such as Houses of Parliament or National Gallery (in Trafalgar Sq) are approx 1 hour walk or 30 minutes by public transport.
It's a nice 45 minute walk along the canal to Camden Lock. Has been a hang out for teenagers and tourists for decades.
