Right down the street from my home. It has great food and drink options and is a comfortable place to share a meal or sit at the bar. It also has a very nice view of the golf course from the restaurant.

This is a nice park with a two-mile loop with obstacles and goal stations next to the trail to further challenge you if you like a good work out. Lots of people use this park for training. Bikes are allowed and bouldering is near by.

Sightseeing
Lowell Observatory is where Pluto was discovered... among other things.
It has a very nice museum and opens some telescopes at night for public viewing. The staff are great and there are kid-friendly activities.
