this is our favourite trattoria. it's just next to my mother's shop (L'ora del Tè). Try the typical roman dishes (carbonara, gricia, amatriciana) or whatever is suggested on the blackboard.

very good food, very nice area, you can eat outside and then go to drink to "bar del fico". the food is good, not great but we go there sometimes, specially if we are around that area.

You have to book, and ask to sit outside. It's a great restaurant (not so cheap) in a beautiful square. When you order pasta consider that it's really a big plate of pasta. You can share and try other things.
