An "explore downtown Healdsburg" day: Walk or bike into town.
A day lounging at the house: Play on property, take a walk or bike around the valley.
You don't really need a car and with Uber being so unpredictable these days, best to line up a driver for a day you want to go tasting and then walk/bike the rest of the time.
Secure your return trip to the airport in advance so you don't have that to worry about...
