Devon House is a mansion that was built in 1881 for George Stiebel -Jamaica’s first black millionaire. He was born in 1820.
Today, Devon House is a beautifully landscaped venue that promotes Jamaican art, culture and food. It is well known for Devon House “I-Scream,” which comes in 27 flavors including guava, sweetsop, mango, coconut, pineapple, chocolate and Devon stout. And the Bakery is know for it's lobster patties, (available is season).
