If you reach the old chapel you can continue by foot to one small path that will lead to one of my favourite beaches. It’s called krioneri the reason is because fresh water comes down from the mountain straight into the sea. When you walk on the beach you can feel it cold on your feet.

The best beach for families with very calm waters. Especially for newborns. Also you are going to find nice local restaurants and cafes. The only thing is it has narrow road so sometimes cars have to wait in lines.. so be patient.
