Known as “North University”, this neighborhood was developed in the 1950s - before the hippies came. :) Zillow describes this neighborhood as a “walker’s paradise” (i.e. 94 out of 100) because of its proximity to groceries, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, and vintage stores. And Zillow gives the neighborhood a score of "excellent" for transit (i.e. 74 out of 100).
