The Mill at Rode
Just a short 5 minute drive down the road. The Mill is in a beautiful setting with a little stream passing by. The food is wonderful and staff very friendly.
You can walk here from my place it probably takes about 10 minutes and to drive 1 minute. Beautiful ancient pub with good food and you can have breakfast here. Lovely in good weather to sit outside and admire the view of the cricket pitch and church and surrounding countryside.

The George Inn

Delicious small dishes to share if you wish. Great decor with real atmosphere. There is also another Corkage on Walcot Street.
Lovely breakfast and lunches. An excellent farm shop and gift you could buy.
