Grab your towel and swim suit and head to the lake for a day at the beach! There's a lovely beach in Windermere with grass, picnic tables and a playground. There's also a much bigger (but busier) sandy beach near downtown Invermere called Kinsmen Beach with a concession, SUP and kayak rentals and the typical beach "scene."
