Mr. Yosuke Masuko, owner of Pizza 4P’s restaurant, was a former financial strategist from Tokyo. In 2008, he moved to Vietnam to work for a financial venture in Hanoi. Soon he began finding ways to strike out as an entrepreneur and developed a love for this dish. The Khmer- themed design of decoration is artfully transformed to atmosphere of the place through every single detail. From the open green garden with those bamboo hedges and pandanus palms bush next to that old water jar or its mini size version as creative drink containers to the antique four- faced Buddha statue accompanied by the flowered tiles adapted from the late 1990s,… all together with appetizing menu perfectly combine and create such a distinguishing retro Khmer cuisine place to eat right in the heart of a crowded Saigon. So fittingly and harmoniously!

Independence Palace (Dinh Độc Lập), also known as Reunification Palace (Vietnamese: Dinh Thống Nhất), built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. It was the site of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on 30 April 1975, when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates.

The pagoda has two floors - a sanctuary on the top floor and a ground floor usually open to visitors. There is also a building with classrooms and housing for the temple’s monks and nuns
