For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place! I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating. We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You will never see the Amalfi Coast like this! You will discover the Amalfi Coast’s hidden delights and breathtaking views from a typical Amalfitan Gozzo boat, thanks to the comprehensive experience and knowledge of local captains and in a very small group (max 10 participants)! The route to Positano and back will take us along Amalfi’s finest beaches as well as close to natural rock arches and into sea caves, giving us the opportunity to admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast. We will pause at beaches reachable only by sea and have time to go snorkeling or swimming in crystal-clear waters and into grottos (snorkeling equipment provided by us).
