You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. Then you will get familiar with all our birds, and the way our breeding station operates to save various endangered species. And finally, you will participate in feeding the birds of prey, including our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and a few others. They will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. This is a hands-on experience, quite literally! We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest bird of prey on the planet, our falcon named Gulliver. ❄️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, a heated garden house, as well as several heaters located outside, are always at our guests' disposal. Moreover, our birds do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during winter.

Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Long, comfortable trousers are required (ankles must be covered). I also suggest wearing a pair of boots. If you don't have them, sneakers are fine too.

And if we are lucky, the skies are clear and the universe serves us right, the Aurora Borealis will add a final touch to our shared traditional Lappish experience in the winter nature. Then we stroll through the backstreets, arriving at one of the oldest bridges, which is haunted by one of Rome's most infamous characters. Strolling down a medieval street, we come to a unique church, home to a mysterious order of monks with a rather macabre task. From here, we reach the site of one of the world's most notorious historical prisons, then pass the tomb of the notorious Borgia Pope, before arriving at the home of an infamous poisoner. Soon, we reach Castel Sant'Angelo, where we talk about one of Rome's most famous executions, which the city's people didn't want - the Cenci family. Altogether, it's a fascinating alternative look at Roman history. Other things to note: It's an easy walk, lasting about 2 hours. We end close to some nice bars and restaurants. Please arrive 10 minutes early as we cannot guarantee waiting for late arrivals.

I workshops consistono in un'ora e mezza di lavoro e divertimento divisi in due parti. La prima prevede l'uso di una piastra trasparente in vetro dove gli ospiti realizzeranno una figura con pezzi di vetro di Murano, chiamati graniglia, che verrà poi cucinato in forno. Il vetro si fonderà e la figura realizzata rimarrà all'ospite. La seconda parte, consiste in una fase dimostrativa da parte del Maestro e successivamente una prova pratica degli ospiti della lavorazione del vetro di Murano. Gli ospiti lavoreranno il vetro con la fiamma e proveranno la piacevole sensazione dell'antica lavorazione a lume. I workshop sono ideali anche per famiglie con bambini sopra ai 12 anni, che adoreranno la magia del vetro. Altre cose da tenere a mente I lavori terminati nella prima parte del workshop, verranno cotti nel forno per circa 3 ore, mentre gli oggetti realizzati con la fiamma saranno pronti dopo 2 ore di raffreddamento. Il tutto sarà consegnato il giorno stesso dopo 2/3 ore o il giorno successivo in accordo con i clienti. Durata Workshop: 1,5 ore.

The experience starts in front of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board on Pile Square. The first stop takes us to Kolorina Bay which was one of the main filming locations for Blackwater Bay, the docks of King's Landing amongst other. After that we'll walk up the staircase to fort Lovrijenac, setting for inside scenes of the Red Keep and many more. The next location to visit is Old Town. Here you see many different filming locations including Cersei's iconic "Walk of Shame". The last part takes you to the "Throne Room" to take a picture on the Iron Throne. Other things to note: If you have a valid ticket to the city walls or Dubrovnik Pass you don't pay entrance fee to fort Lovrijenac.
