My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Under new ownership and recently updated, spacious 1BR in one of Portsmouth’s historical buildings. Steps to all Portsmouth has to offer - restaurants/bars, Strawbery Banke and Prescott Park. Kitchen includes all customary amenities plus Keurig coffee maker with assorted k-cups. NOTE - Building was built in 1800’s quite a few stairs and no elevator. Mini split AC unit This unit is located on third floor, few flights of stairs required.
