This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom house is 15-20min drive from Dodger Stadium. Built in the early 1940s, its decor is a nod to that era's timeless charm. Blackout drapes enhance the sleeping areas for a restful night's sleep. The beverage bar features ample cabinetry, an accent wall with backsplash, and unique open live edge shelves, crafted from the old avocado tree that once graced the patio. The patio has since been transformed with outdoor furniture, making it perfect for leisurely moments outdoors.

We're just 2 miles to Rose Bowl, 3 miles to Old Town, 4 miles to Millard Campgrounds, where you can see the waterfall, hiking, and trail riding. Also 3 miles to JPL, and Pasadena Community College.
