-Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

-Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

The primary suite is a sanctuary of opulence, equipped with every conceivable amenity.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking entryway, complete with a powder bathroom and versatile spaces that can serve as an office, bedroom, or gym. To the left, a gracefully descending staircase leads to the garage. To the right, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed center hall floor plan, featuring an open kitchen-family area and a fabulous living/media room, complemented by a beautifully appointed bathroom. These spaces are adorned with modern French doors that open onto a captivating pool area and verdant gardens.

Ascend the stairs to find a palatial primary suite that includes a private office, expansive walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom that rivals a spa retreat. Additionally, a charming balcony offers splendid views of the gardens and pool. Three other sumptuous bedrooms and bathrooms await upstairs, each providing scenic canyon vistas.

This estate is truly one of a kind, representing the pinnacle of contemporary luxury with no expense spared.

*Important Reminders:

-Guests may hear some minor traffic noises in the Westside bedroom section.

-Property's indoor plants require regular maintenance. A gardener will need access to the interior every Wednesday to ensure they are properly cared for. We value your cooperation in this matter and will make every effort to schedule the visit at a time that minimizes any disruption to your stay.

During your stay you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

Upon arrival you will be greeted personally by an TMG property manager who will show you around the property, show you how to operate things in the home and answer any questions you might have. At this time, you will be given codes, keys and or remote.

CHECK IN:
Check-in time is at 4PM, however, if you would like early check-in we have an early check-in fee given there is NOT a same-day check-out.
We are also able to accommodate earlier luggage drop off if you are needed, but you must not return to the property before 4PM.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is 10:00am.
Please let us know if you need an 11 AM check out, it’s free with a 12-hour notice, given there is not a same-day check-in.

Any time after 11AM to 1PM will be a $300 late checkout fee.
Any time between 1PM to 3PM you will be charged for 50% of the daily rate.
Any time after 3PM you will be charged for a full day.
If you plan on extending, payment must be made in full before your 10AM checkout.

Please leave any keys or remotes on the table by the front door or the kitchen counter when you depart. The owner is strict with this policy due to cleaning schedules and last-minute bookings.

Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT guaranteed.
Approval is based on availability.

Security Cameras:
The house is equipped with external civilian security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted. Any party found covering the security cameras will be immediately evicted.

Filming and Events:
If you are considering filming, production activities or hosting an event such as a small wedding, birthday party and any other gathering, please reach out to us for approval prior to booking. Please note that approval for filming and events is subject to review and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees associated with such activities will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Air Conditioning Guidelines:
To maintain the performance of the air conditioning units, please keep all doors and windows closed while it’s in use. Operating the AC with them open can cause the units to malfunction and is considered guest misuse. Refunds or discounts will not be issued under these circumstances.

Additionally, AC units should not be set below 70 degrees, as this can also cause damage.
