Idyllic Cape Cod Beach community; incredibly kid friendly or perfect for the romantic retreat. Private beach, remarkable sunsets, with a cool ocean breeze off the cliff side. Or choose a romantic and quiet bike ride or walk along multiple trails.
The space is incredibly comfortable and the village was voted the best private village on Cape Cod; warm and private beaches, easy access, beautiful walking trails. The Town-home is warm, elegant, romantic and family oriented. It is important to keep in mind, it is the Cape! There is sand; the footprint for most homes isn't "large", but it is comfortable for a vacation where you are outside on the beach, walking to restaurants etc.

Golden Rule: We anticipate the property to be transitioned back to us in the manner we left it for you upon your arrival. It is understood everyone has different standards of cleanliness, but we pride ourselves in being clean and comfortable. Cape beds are hard wood, and therefore children, as in any home should not jump on or off the beds - the wood does break. I have 5 kids and we rented in the community one summer, and one of our kids jumped on the bunk bed and broke one of the wood supports. Naturally, we paid for the minor fix, but it was unnecessary. We tend to learn from either having broken the rules ourselves or having had the rules broken where they negatively impacted us - right? So, be kind, courteous and respectful. Return our home in the same condition that we gave it to you in, and we will have an enjoyable working relationship.
