We ask that guests book a stay of 2-3 nights minimum. Anyone searching for a modernized "Walden" will love this place. This apartment is brand-new, so everything feels clean and open, like it's just waiting for an adventure. But we especially love that its location provides easy access to all the natural beauty in the Hillsdale area. Hiking trails abound in the hamlet, and in colder weather the Catamount Ski Resort features skiing experiences fit for celebrities (but affordable for all). As devoted foodies, we also enjoy the many farmers' markets and organic farms in the area. There's a rich culinary arts scene in Hillsdale; guests can even go next door to visit the Hillsdale General Store's cooking classes!
The spacious 1200 sq. ft. apartment that will comfortably sleep two guests for an extended stay. Kitchen and bathroom are constructed using luxury standard materials; both areas are outfitted with brand-name appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Kohler. White quartz (comprising the kitchen and bathroom countertops) is a durable material in kitchen decor - it's harder than granite, takes heat very well. Guests can use the apartment as their own home, but please be aware that there is a separate cleaning fee and we will require a deposit to cover any damages. The apartment is on the second floor of a building in the center of Hillsdale’s Hamlet District. The building has a store on the first floor and a café directly below the apartment (operating hours 8AM-4PM), but the space is well-insulated and guests will not be bothered by noise or activity. The owner’s studio is next door to the apartment on the building’s second level, but guests will be able to enjoy full privacy within the living space.
