This home is a very short walk to everything you need to do and see in Newport. Morning coffee and late night BBQ or Asian noodles are literally just a few paces from the front door. Bowens & Bannisters Wharf 6 minutes tops in flip flops. EXCELLENT LOCATION! Jim's home was very clean and well appointed. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

Jim's place was very clean and organized and he even left my friend and I a bottle of wine and a gift certificate for a restaurant next door. There were towels and blankets laid out for us and the place was in a prime location to everything Newport had to offer. I would absolutely recommend other guests stay here!

Location is fantastic. The apt really feels like a home away from home. Couldn't ask for more from a vacation rental than this!

Walking distance to the lively harbor. Clean, spacious, and generally comfortable unit. We booked at the last minute for the Labor Day weekend and vastly overpaid for what the apartment offered, but perhaps that was due to surge pricing. The major drawback of this unit is that it is VERY noisy. The restaurant next door plays music late into the night and you can quite clearly feel and hear the bass.
