The walls are covered with original artwork I've collected. Walking distance to cultural attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and full service supermarket.The block itself is very quiet and peaceful.
The townhouse is a block away from the Railyards Market.
Master bedroom has walk-in closet, large porch, master bath with his n hers sinks. Master has large cable TV with Roku. Two other bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has dresser, hangers, and laundry basket. All bedrooms are sunny, but can be darkened with blinds. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo, q-tips, and hairdryers.
Downstairs you will find a large living room with two seating areas, a sleeper sofa, a cable TV with blu-ray player, a Nintendo Wii with controllers and games. There is some limited reading on a bookshelf. It's a great place to hang out. There is a dining room with long table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is large, stocked pots and pans and cooking utensils, plateware and silverware. You will find a large microwave, a toaster oven, a conventional oven and range, a dishwasher with soap, a coffeemaker with filters and a grinder, and a blender. The refrigerator has a large freezer, and makes ice. The fridge also dispenses filtered water, and you will find a water filter inside as well. There is a small nondescript gravel backyard surrounded by fence. The front yard is small, though you could sit on the front porch and watch people go by in you wish. There is a half bath downstairs with a new high tech washer dryer combo. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. There are plenty of extra towels and linens, and blankets for cold nights. This home is heated by natural gas, has a full house swamp cooler (how we cool our homes in the desert), and two ceiling fans.
I think this is a great space, and a wonderful place to call home while you are in Albuquerque.

You get the run of the place. I have cleared out all my personal possessions, so its a blank canvas to make your own. There are a few storage closets I have locked, and there is a garage in the back that I have kept for storage. You wont be seeing me, unless i need to pull something from the detached garage, which is unlikely. Parking is on the well lit street in from of the house. I should state the obvious and urge you not to leave any valuables in your car, nor would you in any urban setting. However the neighborhood is safe, and there are a lot of neighbors close by. Lots of eyes on the street.
