A spacious room in a central yet peaceful district. The location is amazing: the sea is two blocks away, and many of the main sights (Senate Square, Cathedral etc.) are within a few minutes' walk.
Our home is a flatshare with a friendly and cozy athmosphere. The room is about 17 m2 and has a high ceiling and a big window. The bed is 120 cm wide.
Tea and coffee included!
**Please note: during summer 2017 there is a renovation in the building. More info below!**
The building is an art nouveau building from the early 20th century. Maybe not the most dazzling one of the category, but still a charming old building in one of the city's most attractive neighborhoods.
The apartment is not luxurious or in a flawless condition but I'd say it's quite a cozy place. There is no lock in the bathroom door, for example, but we have a system to know when it's reserved and it has never been a problem. (There is also a separate toilet and it has a lock in the door). The small toilet has a lock.
***Please note that we do not have wifi.*** However, there are cafés with wifi nearby, the closest one downstairs. You can also ask if other people in the flat can temporarily make their phone a hotspot and share their connection.
Disponible para huéspedes
Kitchen and its cooking facilities are at your disposal, but please be considerate and use common sense: clean up after yourself and don't take food from others (of course, unless offered - this happens sometimes too :)). There is a dishwasher. Tea and filter coffee are included - just help yourself.
There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine that you can use. Please ask for instructions.
Atención a los huéspedes
The apartment is shared by five inhabitants (all female), one of them being me. I rent the room when I'm away from home. So, the room is private, but kitchen, bathroom, toilet and other common spaces are shared by other people as well. People living here are nice, open-minded and considerate, but also quite busy. If you have any questions, they are happy to help you! We all work/study so please be quiet at nights especially during weekdays. However, the rooms are not perfectly insulated, so a complete silence cannot be guaranteed. Atmosphere is usually pretty calm (yet sociable) and nights are quiet.

However, during weekends and evenings there is usually non. Personally, I haven't been disturbed much, but it's good to be aware of this!
